Before start of Hacking , Inform ID to make sure sufficient protection done around the house flooring and help protect some items like Aircon,blinds and etc. I have done covering all the others items, with heavyweight plastic to make it easy for them . First day come there , half past job to cover flooring , no taping in between , ask to cover the wall with plastic, first day plastic torn and can't be bothered job. Never make much noise as maybe that how things are done . Fast forward, after hacking , hacking debris and tiles all around the flooring, can't be bothered to clear up to make it look neater from the dust and just left it like that. Big debris were cleared but the house itself was left in a mess. Be carefull on which tiler you are assigned and probably ask for someone experience. Worst tiling ever done on flooring and walls . No one tiles is inline and totally rubbish job . Even the consistency of tiles finishing at the top of wall tile was a disaster , gave leeway for them to use a board to cover it up. ID does not check the workmanship and when ask him he say tiler say it like that . O knowledge and does not come down to site to check. I go down site more often that he does. Simple things like toilet cover for drainage hole also don't know anything till I call HDB to check if it can be used. Can't be bothered attitude at all. After that incident, got his manager involve but still things were as bad in terms of his management till the very end. Capentry wise , it was so so, quality of workmanship definitely nth to rave about . Nth special about the workmanship quality for me to be say . It mediocre. People say quality comes with a price ( definitely not on this case ) Painting - Paid for Oil Sealent and Easy Wash Paint ( Same price as taking Nippon to do it ) - Never use Oil Sealent on all walls even we paid extra for it . - Quality of jobs is terrible, never cover any existing items you have in your house , causing all my blinds to have paint marks - Dont bother to clean the stains marks after and leaving it there . - Tell me oil sealent was use but walls were already having powdery substance less than a month in Overall better off outsourcing to a more reputable painting company to get the job done and be assured. Just take note that their prices aren't cheap either and for the price and service you might get, I do not think it worth for me. I would have been better going off with a contractor as I did everything and checks on my own. Even so called ID charges are free but you pay so much more for everything else which is "hidden cost" . It a lesson learnt for me and I regret my decision to go with this company, there a lot more to write and I have photo proof and conversation of everything recorded down in black and White.. I think , never trust one person words and look around and have a lot options and really see their works before deciding on them . Probably get a company who has more people base locally and will be able to assist you better throughout the project. In the late renovation period, there are 3 batches of the furniture will be delivered to my house, but we are all unable to receive and inspect the goods. I was anxious about this, Mr. Ned Lim actively told me that they might help us to receive and inspect those goods. After receiving they sent me a video about the condition of all goods. They help me to solve my urgent needs. This let me felt so touching and warming. Later I want to add some accessories, but I can’t go shopping to buy it at that time. Mr. Ned Lim and Quay Wei Liang went shopping and helped me find the accessories I was satisfied with. They sent me photos after installation and that looks so nice! Sometimes my casual request they will remember to help me to do it and then feedback to me. It makes me feel very lucky to meet them. After the renovation completed, we went to inspection and we didn’t find any defects unexpectedly. The whole room is beautiful and clean. The workmanship of the furniture is also good. We signed and received the house right now. It is a bit unbelievable, none of us took a day off but we finished the whole renovation! The whole renovation process was very smooth and communication was very pleasant. Although more than 3 months have passed, this experience still makes us happy and unforgettable.
